I’ve found that at the highest levels of leadership, performance isn’t limited by strategy—it’s limited by mental capacity under pressure.

The executives and individuals that I work with are already highly capable. But behind the scenes, there is often severe cognitive load:

• High-stakes decision-making, all day

• Sustained pressure with little recovery time

• Mental fatigue that slowly reduces clarity, speed, presence and precision

*  Feeling as though they aren’t reaching their full potential

And the list goes on.

It’s not burnout in the traditional sense but a gradual erosion of cognitive sharpness, quality execution and ultimately quality of life.

That gap is expensive.

I work with CEOs, Executives, Founders, Athletes, Artists and high functioning leaders to identify and remove subconscious performance blocks so they can think, decide, execute and live at a consistently higher level.

I offer private one-on-one sessions, group, team and corporate sessions, events and customized programming. This can be considered team building and is highly personalized to the team or groups goal and intention to achieve greater results and actually hit your desired target.

This is not coaching.

Hypnotherapy is the oldest form of western psychotherapy. It’s a therapeutic technique that creates a states of focused intention, attention, deep relaxation and heightened suggestibility to promote behavioral changes. It is an evidence based approach. Dr. David Spiegel is a leading psychiatrist and professor at Standford University and describes hypnotherapy as “a state of highly focused attention and cognitive flexibility rather than a trance where you lose control”.  In fact you stay in control the entire time. I believe it to be one of if not the most effective and efficient self mastery tools and therapy’s to accomplish your desired results and lasting change. 

If you operate in a high-stakes environment and feel you are not feeling or performing at your full potential, there is usually a reason—and it can be resolved.

My background in production, storytelling, and performance gives me a strong ability to read people quickly, recognize behavioral patterns in real time, and operate in high-pressure environments where clarity and execution matter.

I’m a board certified holistic health practitioner, certified hypnotherapist and expert in my field. Other notable achievements include being a  nutritionist, former wellness columnist, former NPC Figure and Fitness Competitor and Model. I have designed and curated hypnotherapy and wellness programs for high end luxury resorts along the coast of California.. I attended chiropractic school with hopes of pursuing regenerative sports medicine and working with a professional sports team. Life took me on a different path when I experienced a health crisis and woke up to the very real and harsh facts that trauma is stored in our cells and tissues, that we need to heal the emotional and mental health aspects of ourselves in order to properly take care of our physical vessels, function well and live a quality life. Life is all about growth and evolution- which requires tools-especially at this time. All of our nervous systems can benefit from support regardless of your goals and I believe hypnotherapy is the key to success. 

I’m deeply passionate about holistic health, nervous system wellbeing, longevity, and optimizing the way we live — mentally, emotionally, physically, and energetically. My work emphasizes intentional lifestyle practices, low-toxicity living, and sustainable approaches to health that support both personal wellbeing and high performance.

I believe health is the foundation of everything — influencing our relationships, leadership, clarity, energy, resilience, and overall quality of life. Those who work with me know I value a deeply intentional approach to health, environment, nutrition, and overall wellbeing.

Outside of this arena of work, I’m also involved in film and storytelling as a writer, producer, comedian and actor.
