The Meaning within I AM ELEMENTALS:

I’ve been asked many times what ‘I AM ELEMENTALS’ is and what it means. The truth is, the name came to me years ago and I knew it wanted to be brought to life but never in my wildest dreams would I have guessed this is what wanted to be born. There is so much that has been created here and there’s much more to bring to life on this platform. When we sit back and relax- and look at all that is- it can be pretty astonishing. The complexity, the simplicity- the duality of it all. The intrinsic layers that weave together and create life. I have often wondered, can there be depth, practicality and simplicity? The answer is, Yes. And it exists here.

I AM Elementals has a layered meaning but ultimately it’s the idea of being so much more than one thing. ‘I AM’ being the most powerful words we can use with ourselves and to the world. Who we are, how we show up and what we are made up of- all the different elements. Elementals being all that we  consist of; tying into the multiple aspects within holistic health as well the different elementals of oneself including our astrological make up, the literal elements that create life, that each of us and the earth/environment are made of and referencing elements within Chinese medicine, balancing the systems within. 

It’s the idea that we are so much more- multidimensional beings and truly have the universe within us. Remember the power within you and all that you are. I AM THAT I AM.
